So so sooo many T-Shirts out there online,
but few invite engagement from the people who read them.
The psychological reward for the viewing audience is amazing.

How It Started
I can't recall exactly how we first got started with BrainTees®, but it goes something like this.
Back around 2010, I was helping my son with his English homework. During the course of our discussions we started to explore some fun and interesting ways to express the answers he needed to provide.
At first it was all a big giggle and we had some fun challenging each other with the word and picture plays. Then it dawned on us. Why not put these visual and literary mind challenges out there for everyone to see.
We knew there were already pages and pages of brain teasers in various forms for use in schools and for the 'old school' office bonding sessions, but no one had put them onto t-shirts.
Genius!
The rest as they say is history. (an equally challenging subject, but not one to render countless mind challenging t-shirt ideas…or maybe… stop the press..we're onto something new already. Dibs on that idea too!).

Getting Creative
Now this is where the fun started.
For the next few weeks, whenever we had a spare moment we'd sit and think of a few more ideas. Some good. Some not-so-good. Some well…. And some brilliant!
Before we knew it we had over a hundred workable ideas. Wow! So we needed to cull it down a bit.
With much pain and angst, we managed to whittle it down to about 75 for now.
We were ready to get them happening. But - there's always a 'but' - more and more ideas kept on presenting themselves (and still do).
Stop brain! We really really really need to get these happening!

Testing! Testing!
After a few more rounds of culling, analysing, market research and sourcing suppliers we finally got around to making a few sample shirts for the family.
We didn't know it at the time, but what happened next was a really great thing. We put it all on the back burner for a few years to focus on other opportunities.
I say it was a really great thing, because it allowed us not only to test the target markets' reaction to the shirts more thoroughly, but it also allowed us to test the longevity of the shirts.
We had a couple of suppliers make us samples and one supplier's shirts are still going strong. No fading. No stretching. And the collars and sleeves are still as tight as the day we got them.
AWESOME!

"Wohoo! BrainTees® is a go!"…(static. really?!…again?!...)..."A small step for us… A Giant Leap for the T-Shirt industry" Or maybe that should be the other way around. Anyway…
We have launched with a few flagship designs with the promise of many many more BrainTees® T-Shirt Designs to be released over the coming months.

What's Next?
As mentioned above, we will be publishing more and more BrainTees® brain-teaser T-Shirts every month.
Most will be available immediately. Some will be limited editions. Some will be mentally challenging. Some will be just plain stupid and some will have total strangers staring at your shirt for hours. :-)
All will be 'must have' T-Shirts.
